McClure & Feuer has recruited Elissa R. Wellikson to serve as Vice President & General Counsel of Thales Navigation located in Santa Clara, California. Prior to joining Thales, Ms. Navigation served as General Counsel of Redback Networks, Inc. and as Associate General Counsel at LSI Logic Corporation. Ms. Wellikson brings upwards of 25 years of experience in corporate law, strategic business development, and mergers and acquisitions to her new position at Thales.
