At McClure & Feuer, we invest substantial time and effort listening to each client and candidate in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the professional goals and aspirations of each party. We have no interest in "quick fixes" or in promoting a position that runs counter to the objectives of the parties involved. Our goal is to cement matches which will serve to benefit a client and a candidate over the long-term. Interviews are conducted with each client and candidate, preferably on a direct face-to-face basis. Where geographic limitations make such a meeting burdensome, telephone interviews are conducted, followed by personal meetings with a member of McClure & Feuer when a prospective client or candidate is in the San Francisco Bay Area. By agreeing to represent an individual attorney, a group of attorneys or a law firm or company, we are commiting ourselves to representing the interests of the parties in a manner that is thoughtful, creative and will lead parties to develop successful business relationships.
